Preparing Today for Tomorrow

Return to School Schedule

Wednesday May 20th Pupil Free Day (PFD) – teachers will be unavailable for remote learning for this day, however this can be used as a ‘catch up day’ for your child. The original PFD was planned for Wednesday before the June Long weekend, however we know that this will add further pressure and therefore the move of this day to May 21st has been put in place to better support families.

Monday May 25th Pupil Free Day (PFD) (excluding Year 11/12 students whom have SACs or equivalent – to be directed by their teachers). All staff on site from this date (exc. Vulnerable whom will continue remote teaching).

Tuesday May 26th (Stage 1) Foundation to Year 2 and Year 11/12 (including Year 10 undertaking a VCE subject) return to school. Note: further information for the senior students will come shortly through the Year 11/12 Coordinators.

Regarding the Foundation students, we are questioning how our little ones are going to handle the sudden return and if a slow transition back should be put in place. Department consultation will occur in the next 48 hours and further information will be made available. Please know student well-being is our priority and will be in consultation with parents as necessary. Please await for confirmation of details early next week.

Tuesday June 9th (Stage 2) Year 2 to Year 10 return to school for ALL students.

We are currently refining the guidelines around hygiene, deep cleaning processes, social distancing, vulnerable students/staff, supervision for Year 3-10, processes for limiting visitors to school and processes should student or staff fall ill, etc. These will be out to you in the very near future.
